📶 Wi-Fi Not Connecting
If your device won’t connect to Wi-Fi, follow these steps to troubleshoot and get back online.
Step 1: Restart Your Device and Router
- Turn off your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Unplug your router and modem for 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
- Wait 1–2 minutes for Wi-Fi to fully restart, then turn your device back on.
Step 2: Double Check Your Wi-Fi Password
Make sure you’re connecting to the correct network name and that the password is entered exactly as shown — passwords are case sensitive.
Step 3: Forget and Reconnect
- Go to your device’s Wi-Fi settings
- Tap the network and choose “Forget”
- Reconnect to it manually and re-enter the password
Step 4: Try a Different Device
If another phone or laptop can connect, the issue is likely with your original device. If no devices can connect, your router may be the issue.
