What kinds of tech issues do you help with?
Phones, tablets, computers, Wi-Fi/Internet, email, accounts, backups, printers, smart home (plugs, bulbs, assistants), and online safety. If it plugs in or logs in, I can likely help.
Can you help older adults or total beginners?
Absolutely. I specialize in patient, plain-English help for seniors, caregivers, and anyone who wants calm, clear guidance at their pace.
Do you set up new devices and transfer data?
Yes—new device setup, app installs, accounts, data transfer, and training so everything just works.
Pricing
How does pricing work?
Simple, flexible pricing—no tiers or upsells. You approve the plan before we start. For larger jobs, we agree on a clear estimate first.
Do you charge for a quick question?
Short clarifications after a session are on the house. If it becomes a new task, I’ll confirm scope and cost first.
Remote help
How does remote support work?
We connect over a secure screen-share. You can see everything I do and can stop the session at any time. Many issues are solved in 30–60 minutes.
Is remote support safe?
Yes. You approve access, and it’s temporary—only for the session. I never store your passwords, and I’ll show you how to revoke access afterward.
Privacy & security
Do you keep my information private?
Always. I only access what’s needed to fix the issue. No data is sold or shared. I can also help set up 2FA, password managers, and privacy tools.
Will you need my passwords?
Usually no. If we must sign in, you can type credentials yourself. When possible, we use one-time codes and temporary access.
Scheduling
When are you available?
Weekdays and select evenings/weekends. I’ll find a time that works for you and send a calendar confirmation.
How fast can I get help?
Often same day. If it’s urgent, mention it in your message and I’ll prioritize where I can.
Policies
What if the problem comes back?

Can you work with my family or caregiver?
Yes. With your permission, I’m happy to coordinate with family or caregivers to make things easier for everyone.
